[HACC] Techies for Future at gpn19

Hi everyone,

I already wrote this in the hacc-matrix-channel.

At the gpn19 there is a group forming that is called Techies for Future
(as a working title). We should get I contact with them so we are aware
of each other. It seems they plan more activistic stuff like shutting
down servers. Not by hacking them but in protest like wikipedia did
for/against article 13.
