[HACC] Spam on hacc.wiki

Hi everyone,

I only just saw this message, but it seems you are already working on
it. Awesome!

In that vein: I'm beginning to realize that I may have overestimated my
capacity for even the most modest contributions to this project. My list
of administrative tasks that need doing is only growing and I don't see
that changing anytime soon.
So, if anyone is capable and willing, I'd love to hand over some of
those responsibilities. Right now there's really only the mailing lists
and the wiki running on uberspace, so it's not too much work. Any
volunteers?
