[HACC] TW: TAKEOVER ATTEMPT OF HACC

Dear HACC. A group operated from Munich is trying to takeover OUR name and
work, and nuke the open consensus model we have *consciously* and
*explicitly* decided on, and maintained as HACC in the past.

With OUR name, WITHOUT consulting us, or seeking our consent or permission,
in the last year a German company (with a bank account) was started by a
group from Munich. Also, new "hacc.space" and "hacc.earth" domain names
were squatted by them, read-only & controlled by their self-styled
"administrators". This was made to replace zero-barrier open sites (wiki,
pads) which we as HACC agreed to *explicitly and by repeated consensus*.

This is not just my opinion.
    1) It was discussed and clearly upheld in recent HACC meetings,
primarily 2021-04-25 (https://pad.hacc.space/20210425, attendance: dcht00,
blipp of c3sus, ryozkuken, lies, peter of hacc.wiki, rw for hacc muc). We
were supported by others without exception in the chat room & in private.
    2) After talking, in great length, to others who founded & contributed
most to HACC, I realized we agree that HACC Munich is performing a
takeover, but they *feel it cannot be stopped, so they don't care to try*.

I do not share this cynicism. I will
    1) Continue to oppose & revert this attempt for HACC to become a
"brand" managed from Munich, to serve their activities
*    2) Not let HACC Munich coopt MY work, or the work of all of YOU **that**
I have facilitated*

I will be at the jitsi meeting as well, today.

We have been more concrete about what needs to be done before. In short,
the company "HACC eV" needs to immediately point the squatted websites to
consensus tools, pause company activities, and seek a consensus approval of
its activities in the name of HACC, by the HACC community.

The last is of course *impossible* before the next in-person HACC meeting,
at Congress. If HACC Munich was to get comparable in person consensus, 100+
people, to *at minimum democratically* support their ideas, I (and I
believe others opposing them) will be happy to give way. But until then,
HACC Munich, *you are forcing yourself** on other people*. You have been
told this a lot of times and it is time you start listening.

*TLDR, for HACC Munich - do NOT*
*    1) squat domain names, or social media accounts, with the name of a
consensus community which elected to have other & open ones!*
*    2) register a company with the name of a consensus community without
consulting it!*
