[HACC] Mailing list in German for local projects and groups?

Hi everyone,

at the last HACC meeting in Munich we had the idea to create a HACC
mailing list in German.
At the moment we (in Munich) are roughly 10 people interested in working
on HACC. As most projects are more local and also involving local
contacts to other organisations we thought a german mailing list could
ease the communication.

Maybe the HACCers from Siegen could use such a mailing list as well?

The other options would be that this list is not just limited to English
(if it ever was) or a HACC Munich mailing list or we try to do our
communication in English.

What do you think?
