[HACC] Event/Discussion on a new decarbonisation strategy paper

Hi everyone,

I was (or we as HACC were) invited to the event on September 23rd in
Berlin. As I'm located in Munich, I'm not sure if I will join the event
as it's just three hours and Munich is far.

Maybe someone else is interested?
